Considering a cap. raising /placement???
I am sick to death of top quality/emerging quality companies embarking on cap. raisings to so called "sophisticated investors" via.third rate Brokers,heavily over-subscribed,& then dumped on market to the disadvantage of genuine investors.
I can understand using this tactic if you're a "penny Dreadful" raising cash on rock chip samples & paying your ridiculous salaries for another year.
However if you are genuine & emerging I would strongly suggest you consider the following :
1 Appoint a well respected top notch Broker & demand a full in depth research report before a mandate is given.
2 On honouring the above insist on vetting placement recipients & place an embargo of say 3 months on resale.
Then & only then will you gain credibility in mkt.& not disadvantage existing shareholders.If you can't do this you will be assessed as just another rubbish spec.
