To be honest this country would fire if most people were not so greedy, from landlords, suppliers, brokers and retailers. Whilst I was in Italy I thought I might buy a lounge. The quality of this lounge would cost around $5000 in Harvey Norman. The manufacturer would sell it to me for 800 euro if I bought a container. So I did. I sold them all, got a lounge for free, made a profit and paid Harvey Norman nothing.
The big boys charge what they want whilst screwing the suppliers and nothing changes because the population pays the asking price. They have no choice. I want to start a website whereby I can sell anything that will constitue a bargain of products that are Made in Italy. I will get the suppliers to send them over at their expense and pay them when they sell. This will kickstart a lot of companies over there and provide good quality Italian items at "bare to the bone" prices.
