Just comparing 2012:

Pretty much in lockstep prior to the OZL half yearly. Market did not like the divvy cut.

Hopefully M&A action soon or some better explanation of the dividend needing to be at the low end rather than where it has been in the past. At this time it is unclear why it needed to be at the bottom end of the 30% to 60% range. Its not as if OZL is short of cash.
