Maybe not an Israeli Arab tried in a court of law, but many Palestinians are being killed daily, without charge or trial, by rocket etc among dozens of bystanders. Furthermore, children throwing stones at armoured cars and tanks are being killed for sport.

It's not a sufficient argument to justify violence and murder to say the other side are doing it too.
