Perspective is a balance between the possible and the probable.
I hold oppies, and 750 MT anywhere is good in my book, but yes, cost of infrastructure relevant.
The fact that RRR and others could do an alliance or shared costs is a big positive.
For now, it's too cheap for a 750 mt, 100MT aggressive DSO target.
