My understanding of the info i have is the movement that are anticipated are not part of the present price before the two reasonable ones to date.

I have set a target of >10c >Feb as a low end

Thats not to say the info i have is not permeating elsewhere and (likely) this is starting to be reflected in the s/price.

Ie.. if I see it being 10c+ on the back of the developement in Feb and by Feb its already reached that target I'd say your fear may be grounded.
