They are in deep trouble.
The fact that they were created as open sharing platforms, that were legally protected from whatever people put on them, made them the giants they are today.
If this is not the case, the legal protection can be removed.
Perhaps even backdated to when they started to breach it.
How much can they pay out in damages from law suits? A lot. They could be killed.
