Leslie Mkhabela is travelling overseas and will not be returnnig until 15 June 2011. His auto out-of-office directs any enquries to [email protected] during his absence.
Posters have claimed that company directors have told them that "the matter has been resolved". The only problem is it seems that nobody has told the applicant's solicitor.
I haven't received a reply to my enquiry with Mkhabela Huntley Attorneys as yet but the post by MrLord appears truthful and accurate.
It would be an appalling situation if a company director was intentionally misleading shareholders, being circumspect and guarded in dealing with shareholder enquiries is to be expected but telling them blatant lies would be unforgivable.
