Presenting at Mines and Money Hong Kong is further confirmation of a strategy change re acquiring funding which is most likely a strategic initiative introduced by the new director Rod Hanson who has had considerable success working for numerous gold companies, including Sino gold in China and it would appear knows whats required to obtain funding from Asian investors.
In these testing times most companies are struggling to raise funds and it is inevitable that those companies that can raise funds will be in pole position to take advantage of acquisition opportunities as those companies that cannot raise funds gradually fall over and provide opportunities for good assets to be acquired cheaply from the companies struggling to survive.
ATV is a big picture story but very few can see it and the current sentiment is toxic for the entire gold market so this stock remains a bargain at this time but probably not for much longer.
