If I remember correctly, CSM bought 12.5 mio shares, around 5.5% of the shares on issue in ATX on the market.

They also wee issued another 7.7 mio shares in a placement for $1million. These shares are escrowed I think. Anyway, in my rough sums the holding of CSM in ATX is about 8.9 %.

The Nepean nickel project that ATX have going has now been turned into a JV with CSM. One of those deals where X can earn Y% if it puts in Z$ etc.

Anyway, all CSM's investments are winners at the moment. ATX and Portman are doing very well. Mithril and Reed are a bit slow so far but certainly not going backwards.

I love CSM - what a great stock...
