The choke/storage BS thing is so old now, gov has payed for the new road to A4 job done, the tank storage is not a plob for now to spend $ on just yet, like transport and storage has changed a tad from first plan. Tanks are for if all truck tankers get flat tyes at the same time or if crapy winter weather shuts the roads off so we can still pump the stuff, time wise to put more tanks up is bugger all and cost if ya got the oil methinks. byrppp
