I don't claim to be highly skilled. Quite the contrary. It's just my observation that the price seemed to hover around 90c for a few weeks after the CR, and now it's sky-rocketing on no real news. So my conclusion is it's a speculative bubble. I expect a correction in the next two weeks, barring any major announcements. But perhaps I'm wrong, and the market just had a delayed reaction to the NATO news.
