Surely when the board sits down to analyse the company's performance - does shareholder value come into consideration. The crowd out there who paid for the tickets.

The difference - Nick had passion, guts, determination, will to succeed, drive, imagination, creativity, endurance and he wore it on his sleeve.

That is what you want to see any company management!
