It's the most obviously sensible merger on the ASX.
In combination, they would have massive synergies. Double revenue and within two years you could run the combined enterprise on the cost base of just one of them. I assume AEF drag their feet. Every time its raised, they probably say "too expensive", and then two years later that price proves to be a bargain. AEF should have done this years ago. Soon it will be too late.
