Right,
the following is using oz_soarers table (love ur work oz)
300mt @ 0.35 g/t Au = 3.4 Million Oz (excluding copper), if we do gold equivalent using the copper of 0.1% (therefore x2 = 0.55g/t) we have 5.3 Moz gold equiv.
Whats interesting, is that if we assume the red zone is all mineralization, I conservatively fit in 7 of these blocks (at a 2 dimensional POV)
7 x 300 mt = 2.1 billion tonnes
2.1 billion tonnes @ 0.35 g/t Au = 22 million Oz
If we look at it on a 3D POV, so including the width of the deposit, we could easily be looking at north of 4 billion tonnes IMO?
4 billion tonnes = 44m oz
Now I know this is getting ahead of myself, but a lihir type deposit could actually well be the case. Someone please interrogate my thoughts.
