Seems it'll be open to the market when it lists, but don't hold your breath waiting for a good buy in price when it does. There's other proven DC/cloud stocks out there anyway and a couple also come with a bit of diversification, IFT, MAQ for instance (not cross promoting or recommending, just sayin'). GL
