Can someone explain how they the numbers they do on these charts... For Adelaide it says 30.1 % which is a very low number, but if you look at the numbers 103 Auctions listed , 1 withdrawn so that leaves 102... SOLD AT AUCTION 14 so In my maths that just UNDER 14%
So it seems they add the ones sold PRIOR to Auction... But the truth is 85 properties went to Auction 14 were sold at Auction. ..Now I wonder if the results are the ones that they recieved information on, as before say there was 100 Auctions planned, and the agents reported on only 50 of them, and say 25 of the 50 were sold they would say 50% clearance, not 25 % , of course an agent want say all the places that didnt sell, that would not look good
