I think that shouldn't be the case... this deal is between a buyer and a seller... the same deal that we see a million times in our day to day lives on almost every ASX listed company (I know these kind of auctions are not done daily but "deals" between buyers & sellers are done nevertheless)... the ASX does not need to be told of what they got before the buyer is informed imo... the buyers out there need to be informed ASAP so that they can arrange for the transfer of monies and in the meanwhile the ASX release can be prepared with the required info of clearance rates / clearance percentages and all other info...
just my 10.5c opinion on this... not been part of an auction before this on ASX listed company so may be incorrect....
