Say we receive AUD $60m which seems very achievable. That's $24m attributed to LOM which likely will see a significant dividend coming our way. It's also a massive result for Angola and partners so I think it near guarantees that there is plenty of cash flying around that we receive the additional $32m in debt repayments over time.
Received $6m. Likely to receive the additional $32m. Likely significant dividend due to the sale receipts. That will pay for a fair chunk of Merlin and I expect that with this money coming in then we could use debt funding for the rest of Merlin.
Of course Lulo Rose could surprise on the upside and again that would be more cash to be put towards Merlin.
Surely the share price rerates to the upside when dividends, continued debt repayments and tender sale price is announced?
