I take your point but the graph clearly states forecast production with the last 5 qtrs being the best guess by Citi showing the 'forecast' declines.
While I am sure Citi have some insight they don't have the full picture not to mention, and I seem to remember a few discoveries in the past few months with two just recently announced, the 2P reserves and how that will factor into the future.
Far be it from us - or Citi - to pretend that we know more than the company and all their strategies for the future and that's not to say they are perfect either.
At the end of the day, with respect, you seem to be only painting half the picture and your post taken in isolation is misleading.
