Over few weeks I tried to track few suburbs : Auctions planned ( as per domain.com.au website Vs what was reported later)


For Auction planned for Dec 7th :

NSW:
Marrickville 12
Paramatta 6
Bondi 8

What I see is extreme distortion of the facts ...agents simply do not report what was not sold...

Take example of Marrickville: Planned 12 auctions but reported 4 ( sold , sold prior, passed in, private treaty ) ...

When I called few agents and asked why particular property is not reported they refused to comment...

You can select your sample suburbs and do the same.

Conclusion is that Auction Clearance rate is total BS...
