1. They have to advertise and plan the auctions.. so for us it is very reliable figure : say planned 10 auctions 2. What they report later is totally uncontrollable ... so assume 10 was planned but only 6 were sold ( at auction , private treaty , etc) ...then they say : Planned auctions were 8 and reportedly sold 6 ( they show 6 transacted properties at the end of the week) making clearance rate 75% 3. Somehow, originally planned 10 were not reported ... only 8 is showing... otherwise Auction would be 60%
It is easy to see if you select 3-5 suburbs of your interest ...
Remember they only need not to report small number of properties later (e.g. out of 10 just drop 2 out) as "PLANNED" to fudge the number ...
