You have that choice. Vast majority on this forum do not , or don't want to relocate and I don't see the relevance of that on this site as the auctions referred to are what is happening here. US is still a basket case and many are still making and losing money on the sharemarket so will take what you said on face value , however a lot of money is still being made in real estate if selective and a lot is still being lost on the sharemarket.Far from assuming that we have one or the other , as has often been said here we hold both and invariably specs are small change in our strategy with real estate having a specific place in our investment portfolio that can not be matched by shares.
