Absolutely agree . Asking any group that has a vested interest must always be treated with caution . Ever heard a RE agent tell you not to buy ? It's always " get in while you can "( market high ) or " great buying opportunity " ( market low ) .
I was really more looking for people who follow their local real estate . Have things started to move ? , new developments starting to appear , that sort of thing . Houses starting to move quicker than the last couple of years etc.
That said , we have to get some numbers from somewhere . It would be great if we had easy access to charts like we do for stocks . Volume , price , that sort of thing .
You do wonder about Dr Andrew Wilson . He's responsible for all the recent articles and they're all quite positive . That's why it'd be good to hear from the coal face :) .
