How about these auction results...

Melbourne: 440 unreported auctions out of 683

Why are they not reported? Sounds like the REIV is doing something dodgy.

The auction clearance rate in Melbourne could be closer to 26.9% than the 75.3% actually reported.

80% clearance rate
384 sold at auction
96 sold before
3 sold after
39 unreported

Now I am not saying you made those figures you got up, But I
do wonder where you got your info from.
Rocktrob this is a serious question with such figures reported by you, how do we know your not making other things up. The accusation that the REIV is dodgy, look pretty lame when you see the actual figures.
