Adelaide went from 60% to 73%
Sydney went from 50% to 60%

Clearance rates up 3% on last week Australia wide.

So is the market really up or down from last week???

Guess it depends how the story is spun.

Melbourne did have a quiter weekend however things like the Caulfiled Cup where 50,000 attended and 32c day doesnt help.


Melbourne cup in 2 weeks time..... expect some improvement in melbourne clearances after this time.

However.... lets not allow the truth to get in the way of a good story.
