All that has happened here Kingpins is that buyers have been caught up in the auction feenzy.
a house in Central Wagga went at auction last week for $702k and the agent told me if they had of listed it they would of put a figure much lower on it.The same agent told me yesterday prices are way too high and he expects a severe drop.You watch that happen now the RBA article and the media spin on that article hits the telly and crash!!
