Thanks for the in depth analysis Norteba. However the timing of entry to the market maybe different in my case. I own the house I live in, no debt, good cash flow, and have been "keeping my powder dry" for sometime now. So I will be either paying cash or going in with substantial deposit. I suspect the time is not quite right for me yet.
