Speaking generally and assuming he/she is working as a buyers advocate inner South east , most probably his vendors are more commited to the Sale , in these areas possibly we have seen these kind of falls .
I was really only commenting on what appears to be happening on the fringes and my personal results , but as I said ..land supply has been slim in this New home catogrey .
