i got an inspection done once and the report that came through looked like just a standard document with plenty of false information and disclaimers on why they couldnt inspect the property properly, plus there was not one piece of house specific information in the report as well, it could have been talking about any house
things like
- couldn't inspect roof properly because of insulation... I had none!
-couldnt inspect floor because of floor coverings ... every part of the WOODEN floor was visible! (sure they could have been referring to the wood covering the cement slab, but no mention of a wooden floor was even in the report)
- couldnt inspect house properly because furniture was in the way - not true at all, very little furniture left in the house and all of it could be easily moved
