I tend to agree with magicmillions.
Vendors are withholding quality stock, waiting for a pick up to avoid missing the peak.
Spring season has seen a small improvement on stock and is actually a good time to be selling, as people needing to buy are currently paying a premium.
We might see a small uptick and a flood of spruiking before people are forced to sell after holding on for too long.
Yet Melbourne is still only pulling clearance rates of sub 58% (58% being the deceitful number the REIV calculates.)
