Funny how auctions are being promoted to buyers as a way to be the highest bid (under reserve) to have the ability to negotiate first.
I'm still trying to find the auctioneer from 2 years ago that told me that it was the last chance to get a property at these prices... it certainly was! But somehow I think I had a different idea of what he was referring to as "last chance".
