The following is not a joke.

The most successful residential real estate agent in Australia recently sold our family home. The man is an absolute machine who has to be a psychological and deal-making genius to achieve at the level he does.

How about PGM approach him (or someone of similar ilk) and heavily incentivise the guy to run a global auction of Skaergaard. I'm not certain that's as crazy as it sounds. He already has a large database of wealthy people, not only Australians. I suspect he could tap into these people and their global contacts and in a while he might have generated interest from all manner of people and companies. He might be able to turn what has become a bit of a shunned joke into something real. All we need is a bored Russian billionaire and an adventurous hedge fund to get into a bidding war and he might sell it for $100m. That might be a little low for some here (Oly don't berate me) , but it would be better than this dragging on forever with all the associated dilution.
