Here are the reasons why:
1. Texas is now a 40 million sale "now" and depreciating from a 250 million underpinning.
2. T&T we bought at ~650 BOPD and a year later is still under ~1000 BOPD - we have 300 employees on the ground working to increase reserves at less than 1 bopd for an entire year - are these guys serious?
3. Colombia - where are the details and how much cash is needed to get it going to 1 bopd?
4. Georgia - 2 billion bopd helium tested and now there is only gas.
5. Puntland: if a 20% stake is worth 300 million why would you buy anything but Red Emperor, yet Red Emperor is being sold so a strong possibility of a triple duster with Georgia (lost the drill bit down the hole) and Puntland (P1 drill not tested).
