i think that anyone that accepts a claim that prices in any major australian city can go up by 24 % in a year should not be taken seriously (on this forum or anywhere else)
that claim is nothing but a preparatory lie orchestrated by real estate industry pawns and amplified by desperate newspaper oracles around the country (it was sensational enough) ! ! !
