agents are pushing for auctions !
that way they have a 'campaign' to 'mount' and 'charge' for !
they think that it looks like a factual product, when they show you an add from local papers (like you coudnt've done it yourself) !
and...they make a thousand or two for organising the auction as well so...
how do you 'drag' as much money out of punters pocket...for 'next to nothing' of an effort !
