I was watching one house at Castle Cove Sydney '68 Neerim Rd', panoramic water views of middle cove, renovated, that was asking for 1.6 for ages, then was re-marketed as 'Now only 1780K!' Looks like they may have been receiving low ball offers and simply remarketed 200K higher to raise the potential lowball offeres by this much to catch a player who couldn't use google.

That didn't seem to work so they then changed to 'All offers considered, motivated vendor says SELL NOW!!'

Just noticed it has been sold so will be keen to see the final price. Price probably not availble for 6 to 8 weeks.

Place would have gone for 2 mil plus a few years ago IMO.
