I did a rough NPV model for NE based on POS US27/oz .. extremely sensitive to what operating cost, POS and discount rate assumption you have based on $A20/oz operating cost, $200m capex and say 8% discount rate bas 9moz production each year for 10 years. I get an NPV value of A$765m. But this is 100% Risked - which is production.
So at Environmental approvals let say 30% Risked NPV which gives $229m that within the ball park of your At $25/oz it NPV is +$200M
