If you're a foreign company trying to acquire good tennements in South Africa, or anywhere in Africa, I'd say OF COURSE THERE'RE A 3RD PARTY holding % of the tenements! THE LOCALS!! If we have Aboriginal land rights in WA, which we're paying them 1-5% royalties. I'd say you double that amount at least in Africa!!!
Yet so to speak, if the company is able to get a project over there and operating for such a long time, then I guess it's not difficult to figure out that those factors were sorted !!!
