I was surpised as to how exposed cnp is to US properties CNP only hold roughly I think 47M directly in AU properties the rest is all US. Hence why CNP trades lower then CER I believe as we have bigger exposure. But on the up side the Aussie dollar droping to the green back means good things. The Only downside is about 10B in debit is held in the US so makes it pretty pointless to sell any AU centres to pay bacK US debit
