Many underestimate the importance of the incremental AUD. Increases have direct impact to its NTA and to the coys immediate FX exposure.
It is important to note that CER has traded circa 500million shares between 18-22c. This represents 60-75% of the tradeable units on the register (noting CNP owns 51% - 1.2b shares). CER has now solidified its position at around these levels and is looking to break out in the coming days.
The reality is that CER is trading at a fraction of its NTA and many are not factoring future cashflows which will flow from Taxable Distributions (mandatory payments)and its future distribution policy which will recommence (only a matter of time).
All in all there is significant blue sky for Centro as from an operational perspective little has changed from $2 trading range.
I will be looking to get in once 20c is established. I expect this in the coming day or two.
