Good post Stevie. Agree with your thoughts. Can't see the RBA dropping rates too much. Dropping rates could actually become inflationary if the dollar dives more than commodity values are.
Also many of Australia's commodity producers and exporters would have currency hedges in place that would be looking very very ugly at the moment. So ugly in fact should the counterparty get itchy feet we could have some very big and usually sound companies become insolvent if they are forced to cover. Worse case scenario but it is a real risk out there.
