It looks to have similar medium term upside to IMA but it will also be taking on a fair bit of debt. Although debt repayment is easily likely to covered by cash flows , prices can change rapidly over a few years and I much prefer growth via existing cash and cash flow than having highish debt over next 2-3 years
STAs LOM is a plus - but for me It is all about cash flow and the NPV based on a very long life mine is highly sensitive to assumptions used. I know it’s price assumptions used are lower than spot but I think I will be more interested when it has a year of production under its belt , grade and margins are confirmed and a lower debt profile
