I'll say this. I've been selling our property portfolio. Well over 100% profit margin in under 5 years. But its not going on much longer IMO so we are out and removing debt from our portfolio all together.

The dogs pulling the Aussie Economy sled passed away some time ago, the politicians are pulling it along now, very similar to the USA. It cant last for too long.

I will say this though. I see dark days ahead for the Aussie economy. But the American one will be just as bad IMO. Thats why Europe, Russia and China are all setting up ways to trade between them outside the USD. They know its coming too.

And we wont have a mining boom to help us this time.
