    My thoughts are AUDUSD high 70's by year's end. Nice little quinella would be revaluations to the upside which is certainly not out of the question.

    Starting to look very cheap with US credit rating stabilising and economy improving.

    Many other REITS are trading at premium to NTA.

    25 cents seems a very conservative guesstimate for year end if the story plays out. 35cents high side, will depend on earnings or takeover.
