alot of overseas investors wouldn't invest a cent in australian property as the rent doesn't even get close to paying the mortgage. also negative gearing is a lose lose situation in the property bubble we are in and smart investors know this. so i doubt there will be a bunch of people rushing in to buy property in aus.
