UoS has performed poorly over the last decade in terms of share price movement.
Nothing will change that in the near future IMO, we need a catalyst.
What we can rest assured on is this company is running like Fort Knox and Bangsar South is considered a premium area in KL.
If SHs don't see NTA ever closing, they can always take the dividend as it is trading at an attractive yield.
Patience is required for UoS... extreme patience...
