    Although you might see it as a 50/50 outcome jb, if the downside is 3.5 cents and upside 10+ cents, market is saying 70%+ chance of the TO failing.

    But you are right re heads rolling. Even if reality is 50/50 (I have no opinion really) the discount to that is due to lack of management credibility.
