aka they could say offer 1x OOG.asx share (made up new ASX ticker) for every 4x CUE shares held
(So thats valuing CUE 15c ---OOG trading around 60c per share say 150-200mill+ )

then give out to all OOG S/H new and old 1x free listed opt $1 ex price 2-3yr expiry for every 10 shares held ..OOGO

Delist from the NZX .. one head office in MELB ... secondary indo

Would then command $60mill cash ETC
