China lining up for civil war if Xi doesn't play his cards right. The problem is he's taken a very hard line and throws anyone who disputes his approach, into jail if they're lucky. Easing back is not in his MO. This means pressure will continue to build. AUD in all of this? Under sustained pressure. But if we move forward on climate change initiatives, and gain export markets for goods the Chinese are playing cat and mouse with, should be ok. The biggest risk to the AUD is the banking system, with so much depending on housing prices staying up. IMO
